Exhibit Board Rules:

1. Board size – 28" x 22" board to set vertically.

2. Boards must be covered in plastic or in a very light poster frame. No heavy frames, please.

3. You may enter boards in any or all categories and may enter more than one board to a title.

4. You may mix old and new postcards on the display.

5. All boards must be made by the exhibitor, as that is part of the judging. Do not mail postcards and ask that they be assembled.

6. Name and address MUST be listed on the back of the board, not on the front, so the judges will not have the name of the exhibitor.

8. Entry registrations due to Phil by October 10. This is important so we have enough tables for display. Also please let him know if you sent in your
registration but are unable to submit your board due to illness, etc. Boards must be turned in on Friday evening, October 16.

9. Written text is encouraged, as it will enhance the theme you wish to communicate to the visitors of the show. Each exhibitor will receive a special token of
appreciation for participating in our show.
